Mummers plays were once common throughout the British Isles. Mark Jaster‘s script is based on many years creating and performing versions for the Washington and Cambridge Revels, and on many older original texts, some much much older. In honor of Hallowe'en and because we were unable to perform CABARET MACABRE live this year, we performed a DANSE MACABRE parade through several neighborhoods on October 31st. The event was filmed and edited by Sharon Crissinger into a lovely video.
